Seasonal Warehouse Associate (Picking & Packing)
Pay: $17.90–$19.40/hour
Job Type: Seasonal | Full-Time
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend, and 12-Hour Shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist with picking, packing, sorting, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain warehouse experience or earn extra income during the seasonal peak.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely while meeting quality standards.
- Label, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
