No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a commitment to showing up every day ready to work, we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in the trades.
Skills and Experience
- Framing & Carpentry: Measure, cut, and assemble wood structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, miter saws, and pneumatic nail guns.
- Finishing Work: Assist with the installation of exterior siding, roofing panels, shingles, doors, and interior/exterior trim.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the crew on various tasks, including painting, staining, and organizing/moving lumber and materials.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- No Experience Needed: No prior manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience is required. We invest in your growth!
- The Tape Measure Test: You must be able to accurately read a tape measure. A quick, simple test will be administered during your interview.
- Rock-Solid Attendance: Reliability is our absolute top priority. You must have dependable transportation and a proven track record of being on time every day.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (lumber, tools), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachability: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
