We are looking for a meticulous Move-In Turnover Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be doing a standard surface clean—you will be providing the crucial final prep that ensures a house feels brand new, fresh, and immaculate for its new residents. This is the ultimate "deep clean" role where quality and an eye for detail are everything.

What You’ll Do as a Final Prep Cleaner:
- Perform deep cleaning of entire residential properties (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces) after tenants move out or light construction wraps up.
- Wipe down the inside and outside of all cabinetry, drawers, pantries, and closets.
- Deep clean all appliances (inside/outside of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers) so they are sterile and ready for use.
- Clean interior windows, sills, tracks, and glass doors until streak-free.
- Dust and wipe down baseboards, trim, crown molding, light switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Thoroughly vacuum all carpets and sweep/mop hard floors, ensuring no debris, paint splatters, or residue is left behind.
- Do a final walkthrough to ensure the home smells fresh, looks flawless, and meets our premium move-in standard.

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Attention to detail: You notice the dust on top of the door frames and the smudge inside the microwave. You don't cut corners.
- You show up on time, take pride in your work, and can work independently without constant supervision.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the day.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites. (Optional: Must have your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment).
