What You'll Be Doing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Clean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
✅ Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
✅ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Reliable attendance and punctuality
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
✅ Team player with a commitment to safety and quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the facility
