Ōnin Staffing is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Delaware area. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate production equipment according to work orders and production schedules
- Ensure the production line operates safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to meet production goals
- Perform roll changes and assist with machine start-up and shutdown procedures
- Minimize machine downtime and material waste
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Assist Maintenance with repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Monitor product quality, specifications, dimensions, labeling, and packaging requirements
- Report quality concerns to Quality Control and supervisors
- Maintain accurate production, scrap, and quality records
- Supervise the work area and assist packers assigned to your line
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
- Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, accidents, or near misses immediately
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
✅ 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
✅ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment
✅ Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
- Ability to remain focused and safety-conscious in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
