Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in the Delaware area. What You'll Do
- Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect products for defects, damage, proper dimensions, labeling, and packaging
- Identify and document non-conforming products and quality concerns
- Complete quality reports and maintain accurate production records
- Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and management regarding quality issues
- Assist with investigations into product defects and verify corrective actions
- Prepare materials for production roll changes as needed
- Package and label rejected products according to company procedures
- Conduct routine quality audits and inspections throughout the shift
- Assist with repack projects and inventory of rejected products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
✅ 1+ years of manufacturing or quality control experience preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
✅ Ability to identify defects and make objective quality decisions
✅ Basic math and measurement skills
✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to read and complete production and quality documentation
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
