Reach Lift Operator
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has previous reach lift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a reach lift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Perform inventory movements and replenish pick locations as needed.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and housekeeping.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent reach lift operating experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
