Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by inspecting, packaging, labeling, and ensuring all orders meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
Skills and Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Package products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Label, sort, and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
