Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to support our retail sales operations. This position plays a vital role in preparing and managing merchandise for online sales across multiple workstations, including Receiving, Sorting Jewelry, Research, Photography, Scanning/Listing, Shipping, and Trailer Production.
This role offers a steady schedule, hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, and the opportunity to build valuable skills while working with a supportive and organized team.

What You’ll Do as an E-commerce Associate:
- Receive, sort, and prepare merchandise for online sales
- Research product details, descriptions, and pricing for accurate listings
- Photograph merchandise for e-commerce platforms
- Scan, enter, and list products accurately in inventory systems
- Prepare and ship customer orders promptly and correctly
- Assist with trailer production and inventory tasks as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized workstations
Skills and Experience
Education/Licensure:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience / Training / Skills:
- Online selling and data entry experience strongly preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Comfortable using tools such as a tape measure.
Physical Demands:
- Work is primarily sedentary and not physically strenuous.
- May require light lifting (such as paper, books, or small items), typing, standing, walking, or bending.
Work Environment:
- Typical office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting, heating, and ventilation.
- Must observe basic safety and fire regulations.
