Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for company in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This position is responsible for maintaining the facility, grounds, and building infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Duties include preventative maintenance, minor repairs, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, facility inspections, and general building upkeep. Candidates should have previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
Skills and Experience
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, custodial, handyman, or construction experience
- Experience performing general building repairs
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience completing work orders and preventative maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
Preferred Experience
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Grounds maintenance
- Janitorial/facilities support
- Forklift operation
- Aerial lift operation
- Manufacturing or warehouse facility maintenance experience
