What You’ll Do as a Production Assembler:
- Assemble automotive components and subassemblies according to work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety procedures and production requirements
Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns
- Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
