The Warehouse Associate supports the efficient movement of automotive parts and materials throughout the manufacturing and distribution facility. This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory-related activities while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Candidates must be willing to learn and become certified to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment as business needs require.
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn forklift and cherry picker operation and obtain certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and scanner experience preferred.
Strong attendance record and reliability.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
