What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Production Worker:
- Assist with the production, inspection, packaging, and movement of manufactured products throughout the facility.
- Load, unload, stack, and palletize materials while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Perform visual quality checks to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
- May operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Support machine operators, production technicians, and staff as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all PPE requirements.
