What You'll Do as an Assembler & Production Worker:
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive components and parts.
- Work well both independently and as a team player to meet daily production goals.
- Follow work orders and instructions.
- Finish or assemble automotive parts by using your hands and hand tools repeatedly.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Package products with appropriate packaging materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus—but not required. We provide paid training!
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to meet production goals.
- Comfortable working with or around fiberglass materials.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout your shift.
- Spanish speakers are welcome—¡Hablamos español!
