We are looking for Roll & Fold teammates to join our production team. This position requires strong attention to detail, good teamwork skills, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
Skills and Experience
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move 35–50 pounds
- Stand for 8-hour shifts (Mon–Fri)
- Bend, crouch, and lift regularly
Job Duties
- Roll large material rolls (35–50 lbs)
- Take cut pieces and roll (sometimes in teams of 3)
- Perform general inspections to ensure material quality
- Roll, bag, crate, and label material according to specifications
- Rework material if needed
- Build boxes as required
- Assist with other general labor tasks as directed by the manager
