Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete production team. This role involves physical labor in a manufacturing environment, including heavy lifting, material handling, equipment operation assistance, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area. Successful candidates will be focused, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. No prior concrete production experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
Skills and Experience
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and regularly lift 50+ pounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Ability to work safely around machinery, equipment, and production materials.
Capable of working in varying weather conditions and industrial environments, as required.
Previous manufacturing, construction, or concrete industry experience is a plus but not required.
