Overview

What You'll Do

  • Manufacture precast concrete components.
  • Mix, pour, mold, finish, and inspect concrete products.
  • Follow production specifications to ensure high-quality finished products.
  • Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience with concrete products, masonry, precast concrete, or construction materials is highly preferred.
  • Experience working for companies such as CEMEX or other concrete manufacturers is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
