Overview
We are hiring a Janitorial Associate to support cleanliness and upkeep of a large warehouse facility. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. This is an independent position best suited for reliable self-starters who can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Skills and Experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stay on task in a large warehouse environment
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
