Previous cleaning, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
No previous spice plant experience required
Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning and general labor duties
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as needed
Comfortable working around dust, spices, and warehouse materials
Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
