Ōnin Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Engineering Clerk for a well-established manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills who enjoys supporting engineering and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation including:
- Manufacturing routings
- Technical drawings
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Process instructions
- Enter and maintain accurate data within company systems
- Support document control and revision tracking processes
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical engineering files
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Help support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate recordkeeping and data management
- Ensure engineering documentation stays compliant and up to date
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Manufacturing or engineering office experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with engineering terminology and manufacturing processes preferred
