Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing facility in Huntsville, AL. We are looking for candidates with experience in a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or production environment who are comfortable supporting customers, processing orders, and working closely with internal teams.
Pay
$20
Shift
Monday- Friday
7:00AM-4:00PM
Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and order changes
• Provide updates on order status and customer requests
• Communicate with internal departments to support customer needs • Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Education
Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
