What You'll Do as a Crate Builder & Material Handler:
- Assist in building high-quality custom wood crates, pallets, and skids
- Operate hand and power tools like nail guns, sanders, saws, and drill presses
- Use fasteners and adhesives to assemble wooden components
- Perform general labor duties such as moving stock, cleaning work areas, and light maintenance
- Contribute to a team that values skill, safety, and a strong work ethic
- Perform all duties with safety in mind.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or general labor is preferred butnot required—we’re willing to train motivated individuals
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, sanders)
- Ability to measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other tools (test required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
- Must be safety-minded and able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
- Willingness to work in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
