What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Material Picker:
You’ll be responsible for accurately pulling, scanning, and staging custom wood products and hardware, ensuring high quality control and smooth fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking role preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours) and comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when reading product codes, serial numbers, and quantities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory software) is a plus.
- Equipment: Experience operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies) is required.
- Reliability: Punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work a flexible schedule if overtime is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
