Experience operating industrial production machinery and automated equipment
Knowledge of extrusion machines and insulation processing equipment preferred
Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus
Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
