Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Sales / Showroom Assistant to join a growing team in Wichita, KS. This role has shifted from a traditional shipping and receiving focus and is now centered around customer interaction and showroom support. This position supports daily showroom and sales operations by assisting customers, processing orders, and handling basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and comfort working with computers and data entry systems. Training will be provided on specific systems and processes.
Skills and Experience
- Provide excellent customer service in a retail/showroom environment
- Assist customers with product questions and selections
- Perform order entry and process customer purchases
- Handle deposits and basic transaction processing
- Support general administrative and showroom tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Comfortable learning order entry systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
