Overview
We are seeking dependable Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Responsibilities: Lift, stack, and move products weighing up to 80+ lbs Pick and prepare up to 1,500 cases per shift with accuracy and efficiency Meet established weekly production goals Work in a variety of warehouse environments, including refrigerated/freezer areas and non-climate-controlled grocery sections Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Schedule: Sunday–Friday, 3:00 PM until job completion
Skills and Experience
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Experience meeting production goals in a warehouse setting Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including cold storage areas Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening process Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift Must be reliable and able to meet production expectations Willingness to work nights, weekends (including Sundays), and overtime as needed
