Skills and Experience
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! WE PROVIDE FULL TRAINING No prior manufacturing or carpentry experience is required. The Tape Measure Test: You must be able to accurately read a tape measure. A quick, simple test will be administered during your interview. Rock-Solid Attendance: Reliability is our top priority. You must be on time every day.
Framing & Carpentry: Measure, cut, and frame wood structures according to specifications
. Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power drills, miter saws, and pneumatic nail guns.
Finishing Work: Install siding, roofing panels, shingles, doors, and trim. Team Support: Assist with painting, staining, and moving lumber/materials as needed
