What you'll do as: Production Room Lead
- Supporting production rooms
- Ensuring sufficient materials for shift
- Verifying quality conditions of end products
- Training and coaching employees
- Utilizing Redzone for line checks
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 3-5 years of production lead experience in manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (SQF, cGMPs, Food Defense)
- Experience with metal detector functionality
- Experience with continuous improvement practices
