Skills and Experience
Core Responsibilities
- Part Preparation: Inspect parts to ensure they are free of dust, rust, grease, and burrs before coating.
- Surface Prep: Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure powder adheres properly to the metal.
- Application: Apply powder coating evenly according to specific job requirements.
- Hanging/Staging: Safely hang and prepare parts on the line for processing.
- Booth Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the coating booth to prevent finish defects
