We are a high-energy, fast-paced firm looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator who can be the face (and voice) of our team.

The Day-to-Day

  • The Hub: Manage a busy multi-line phone system and greet clients with a professional, welcoming vibe.

  • The Bridge: Provide seamless translation and communication for our Spanish-speaking clientele (written and verbal).

  • The Architect: Handle digital filing, scheduling, and basic data entry to keep our workflows moving.

  • The Problem Solver: Tackle daily clerical "puzzles" to keep the office organized and efficient.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

  • The "Retail Reflex": You’re used to a fast pace, you stay positive under pressure, and you know how to make every person feel heard.

  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Email) and ready to learn our specific industry software.

The Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (No more erratic weekend shifts!)

  • Location: West Chicago, IL

  • Pay & Benefits: $17-18.50 + Benefits package.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a sharp, proactive individual who balances technical proficiency with making all guests feel welcome. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional Professionalism: You are the first point of contact for our firm. We need someone who radiates politeness, maintains a polished demeanor, and treats every visitor—from CEOs to local families—with genuine respect.

  • Computer Literacy: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be "tech-fluent." This includes:

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).

    • Comfort navigating cloud-based filing systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar).

    • The ability to quickly learn industry-specific software.

  • Polished Phone Presence: You can manage a multi-line phone system with ease. You speak clearly, listen actively, and have the "smile in your voice" that turns a stressful call into a positive experience.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: In a busy office, the little things matter. Whether it’s double-checking a client’s contact info or catching a typo in a legal document, you take pride in accuracy and "getting it right the first time."

  • Multitasking Mastery: You have the ability to switch gears instantly—answering a call while processing paperwork without losing your place or your patience.
