Overview
Seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. The primary responsibility of this role is safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow, inventory movement, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Move and stage pallets using warehouse equipment
- Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) and stand-up forklifts
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise throughout the facility
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
- Replenish boxes and supplies as needed
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–1 year of warehouse, retail, or distribution experience preferred
- Must have prior forklift experience and be able to pass forklift training/certification
- This position is not for forklift beginners or training-only candidates
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and EPJ equipment required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
