What You’ll Do as a Production Helper:
- Assist with daily production and material handling tasks
- Use basic hand tools to assemble, adjust, and prepare materials
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Operate production equipment such as manual strapping machines and miter saws
- Support packaging and shipping preparation processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures throughout the shift
- Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, including Allen wrenches, open-end wrenches, grinders, and reciprocating saws
- Ability to stand for an entire shift in a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday
- Comfortable reading a tape measure down to 1/32 inch accuracy
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety information
- Previous experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred
- Willingness to learn and work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
