Onin Staffing is looking for motivated and reliable Retread Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the tire retreading process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do as a Retread Technician:
- Inspect tires for retreading eligibility
- Buff, repair, and prepare tires for processing prepare
- Operate retreading machinery and equipment
- Apply new tread and assist with curing processes
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or labor experience preferred, but not required
