Overview
The Line Loader is responsible for supplying product to the production line to ensure continuous workflow and efficiency in a poultry processing plant. This position supports production operations by
properly loading raw or packaged poultry onto conveyors, racks, or processing equipment while following all safety and food safety guidelines.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous poultry or food production experience preferred
- Ability to work in cold (32–40°F), wet environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts
- Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Bending, reaching, and twisting throughout shift
