We are currently hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment supporting production operations. This position is responsible for safely operating sit-down forklift equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include transporting pallets and materials to production areas, loading and unloading trailers, organizing inventory, replenishing warehouse locations, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. Operators will work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient material flow and support daily operational needs.
Skills and Experience
- Previous sit-down forklift operating experience required or preferred
- Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
- Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and pallet handling
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and forklift operation standards
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
