We are currently hiring Box Formers for a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling, folding, taping, and preparing cardboard boxes used for packaging and production operations within an automotive manufacturing facility. Employees will support production teams by ensuring boxes and packaging materials are prepared accurately and efficiently to maintain workflow and production standards
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience assembling, folding, or preparing packaging materials is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and productivity
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Experience working around production lines, conveyors, or warehouse equipment preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
