Overview
Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring a Shipping/Material Handler for a warehouse position in Durham, NC. This role focuses on packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. Ideal candidates will have experience with shipping systems and strong attention to detail.
- Monday to Friday.
- 1st shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
- Operate Material Handling equipment (pallet jack and forklifts).
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Process and ship orders using systems such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience required.
- Previous Forklift and pallet jack experience.
- Experience with multiple shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
