Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves a combination of general labor tasks and forklift operation to ensure efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials
- Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, and staging products
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time, day shift position (hours may vary based on workload)
- Warehouse environment with physical activity throughout the shift
