Overview
We are hiring for a growing wood door manufacturing company in Tucson, AZ. This is a hands-on position working in a production environment building and preparing door components.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using basic tools, and being part of a team that produces a finished product.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pick door components (jambs, headers, etc.) based on work orders
- Ensure materials are accurate and ready for production
- Measure materials to correct length and width
- Use basic hand tools to assist in assembly of doors
- Support production team with general labor tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
