Overview
We are seeking dependable Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lift, stack, and move products weighing up to 80+ lbs
- Pick and prepare up to 1,500 cases per shift with accuracy and efficiency
- Meet established weekly production goals
- Work in a variety of warehouse environments, including refrigerated/freezer areas and non-climate-controlled grocery sections
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
- Must be reliable and able to meet production expectations
- Willingness to work nights, weekends (including Sundays), and overtime as needed
Schedule:
Sunday–Friday, 3:00 PM until job completion
Skills and Experience
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Experience meeting production goals in a warehouse setting
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including cold storage areas
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening process
