This position is in Truesdale, MO. It is a 1st shift opportunity (8-10 hour shifts)
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a clean and organized manner
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality and accuracy of product
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in produce, perishable goods, or food production preferred
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 50+ degrees)
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach outward continuously throughout the shift
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently
- Perform repetitive motions including sorting, grading, and packaging produce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
