Overview
We are hiring for a forklift position in a non-climate-controlled warehouse within our shipping and receiving department.
Position Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Stage materials in designated warehouse areas
- Wrap and secure skids/pallets for transport
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with a good work ethic
