Ōnin Staffing is seeking Manufacturing Customer Service Personnel for a client in the Rio Rancho area. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customer orders, documentation, shipping paperwork, and internal communication in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge customer orders
- Review customer orders against quotes for accuracy
- Input orders into the system
- Process and distribute change notices
- Help establish and maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and manage shipping and invoicing paperwork
- Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Complete all duties and tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Customer Service Supervisor
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Customer service, administrative, or order processing experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production environment experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Ability to review paperwork, quotes, and customer order details
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Dependable and professional work ethic
