What You’ll Do as a Carpentry Associate:
- Interpret work orders and technical drawings to complete assigned tasks
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
- Support production across roles such as assembly, CNC operation, inventory, or quality checks
- Verify measurements and ensure finished products meet specifications
- Monitor materials and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, or a related field
- Comfortable using tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and measuring devices
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred for Inventory and Quality Assurance roles
