Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 to $23.00/hour DOE
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a client in the Albuquerque area. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, friendly, and professional, with strong office and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing a multi-phone line system
- Greeting visitors and providing front office support
- Performing data entry and general administrative duties
- Managing files, documents, and office records
- Assisting with scheduling and communication
- Supporting daily office operations with accuracy and professionalism
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Comfortable handling a multi-phone system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Bilingual is a plus
