What You'll Do: Production Lead
- Sit down Forklift
- Coordinate staffing and setup of production lines
- Monitor production to ensure quality and safety standards
- Train and orient production employees
- Enforce safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain compliance with operational standards
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Sit down Forklift
- 1-2 years of production experience
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience with food safety guidelines
