What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders using handheld scanning devices or pick tickets
- Check item numbers and quantities to ensure correct shipments
- Restock inventory in picking areas to maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist with unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments
- Inspect materials for damage and confirm counts match documentation
- Enter receiving and inventory data into internal systems
- Label and organize products for proper storage locations
- Perform routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Safely operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Report any inventory issues, damages, or shortages to leadership
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of warehouse or similar experience preferred
- Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance
- Experience with inventory systems or RF equipment is a plus
- Forklift experience or certification is a bonus
