What You’ll Do as a Welder:

● Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques
● Read and follow blueprints or welding specifications
● Inspect welds to ensure proper bead size and quality
● Clean and prepare materials before and after welding
● Repair damaged or worn metal parts as needed
● Remove excess weld material, slag, and spatter
● Follow all safety procedures while working with welding equipment

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

● Previous welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
● Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
● Strong attention to detail and quality
● Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
