In this role, you aren’t just moving boxes—you are the frontline of sustainability. You’ll be responsible for identifying and separating recyclable materials (like plastics, metals, and paper) from non-recyclable waste on a fast-moving conveyor line.

- Consistent Scheduling: Full-Time (Monday-Thursday) 10 Hour Day Shift (4:00am-2:30pm) Overtime on Fridays as needed. and a partial day every other Saturday.

What You’ll Do as a Sorter:
As a Recycling Sorter, you will work in a warehouse environment, performing a wide variety of essential production duties.
- Sort recyclable materials; such as metals, glass, wood, paper, or plastics, into appropriate containers for recycling
- Clean, inspect, or lubricate recyclable collection equipment; such as star gears, finger sorters, belts, and grinders.
- Clean workstation at the end of shift
Skills and Experience
We are looking for General Labor Workers who are responsible, and dependable with a positive and upbeat personality and the ability to work at a fast pace. You must also be a team player who is always reliable, on time, with a solid work ethic and a commitment to consistent work attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Warehouse experience a plus
