Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Verify order accuracy and attach proper labels for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support other warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or equipment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed
